Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed
