Install & Service Technician

Position Summary:

We are looking for skilled individuals who seek a rewarding career in HVAC. We are seeking HVAC Install & Service technicians to perform maintenance appointments and diagnostics on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems, and provide the customer with a high-quality experience. Inspections are performed according to company and industry standards.

Work start and end time: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (On call - Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

General Qualifications needed for this position:

• High personal integrity

• Professional appearance required
• Must have HVAC, Trade, Automotive, or mechanical experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Clean or near clean driving record
• Must be able to be honest, no matter what
• Motivated work ethic
• Desire to learn

Technical

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with tools, mechanical repairs, and electrical diagnostics
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices (preferred)
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques (preferred)

These skills will help with pay and likelihood of hire:

• Experience / Training in the HVAC field
• Customer service and general problem solving
• Customer / coworker references are a plus
• Existing ownership of applicable tools
• Experience with measure

• Nate Certification
• EPA 608 Certification
