Customer Site Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, assembly, and service of industrial gas handling equipment, focusing on cryogenic freezing systems.
• Work under general supervision following structured procedures and standards, and travel to customer sites for installation and service (average 12%, up to 50% at times).
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematic diagrams.
• Fabricate weldments from prints and assemble equipment according to specifications.
• Install and remove cryogenic freezers and related components.
• Perform on‑site maintenance and service as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Follow and promote strong safety practices and awareness.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Meet performance goals and productivity expectations and safely operate company vehicles at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
• Utilize skills in TIG welding, plasma cutting, and piping assembly.
• Demonstrate a self‑motivated attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with stainless steel welding, grinding, and polishing.
• TIG and MIG welding certification preferred but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and smartphones.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one to three (1 to
  3) years of relevant experience.

• Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $40,500 - $59,400.
