• You will perform welding, fabrication, assembly, and service of industrial gas handling equipment, with a focus on cryogenic freezing systems
• You will work under general supervision following structured procedures and standards, and you will travel to customer sites for installation and service (average 12%, up to 50% at times)
• You will read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematic diagrams
• Fabricate weldments from prints as part of your role, and assemble equipment according to specifications
• Install and remove cryogenic freezers and related components
• Perform on‑site maintenance and service as needed
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Follow and promote strong safety practices and awareness
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Meet performance goals and productivity expectations and safely operate company vehicles at all times
• Work overtime and weekends as required
• Utilize skills in TIG welding, plasma cutting, and piping assembly
• Demonstrate a self‑motivated attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with stainless steel welding, grinding, and polishing
• TIG and MIG welding certification preferred but not required
• Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and smartphones
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of one to three (1 to
  3) years of relevant experience

Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level. Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $40,500 - $59,400.
