At Frito‑Lay, you’ll help keep our products flowing by selecting the right cases, loading the right trailers, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Training is part of the job—earn your forklift certification and expand your skills from day one.
Imagine this shiftYour handheld device lights up with an order. You navigate the aisles, pick the cases, and stage them for loading. A trailer doors‑up—time to load via carts or hand‑stack the cases on the floor. Between runs, you tidy your area and complete sanitation tasks to keep the operation safe and efficient.
What the role includes- Moving pallets and cases on and off trailers.
- Order selection using company‑provided tech tools.
- Operating a forklift safely after company training and certification.
- Loading outbound trailers using carts or by hand‑stacking cases.
- Housekeeping and sanitation responsibilities.
- At least 18 years old.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts in our 24/7 environment.
- Lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Be on your feet—standing and walking—for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortably climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and handle product with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Work at heights using ladders or lifts to reach areas of the plant.
- Operate in conditions that may include extreme heat/cold and humidity, loud or hazardous equipment, and occasionally slippery floors.
