Warehouse Associate – Wooster, OH

Wolff Bros. is looking for a warehouse associate for our Wooster Branch. Some duties include stocking materials, pulling items to fill customer orders, inter‑company transfers, conducting inventory, etc.

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, No weekends

$17.00+ plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performance

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience preferred, not required
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and adapt easily to evolving job tasks

• Put incoming or returned items from shipping dock onto stock picker platform by hand and put material away in storage racks
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Use bar code scanner to identify items when putting inventory away or picking items
• Picking orders: material handling, read order‑picking labels or follow oral instructions to determine items to be moved or gathered to fill an order and record number of items moved or handled on picking labels
• Transfer heavy or light and bulky items by hand from inventory in storage racks onto stock picker platform
• Convey materials on stock picker from inventory storage to designated will call or shipping dock delivery area
