• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably within commercial real estate or public accounting with real estate clients
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications

• CPA license or progress toward certification
• Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Knowledge of lease administration, CAM billing, and revenue recognition procedures
• Prior experience with escrow or escrow-related accounting

• Hybrid work environment: 4 days in-office, 1 remote
