Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
Worcester, MA | $25/hr | Temp-to-Perm
Well-established professional services firm in downtown Worcester is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant to join their team. Great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours in a polished, professional office environment.
Schedule- 24-28 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Open to 4 shorter days or 3 full days
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Quick Books data entry and reconciliations
- Process invoices, deposits, checks, and expense reports
- Credit card and client expense tracking
- Administrative and accounting support
- Work closely with billing department and office leadership
- 2+ years of AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
- Quick Books experience required
- Professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance required
- Paid parking
- Paid holidays
