Location: Worcester, MA (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $25-$28/hour (Permanent)

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their close-knit accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career while working in a collaborative environment.

• Process daily cash applications, including ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments
• Download and reconcile daily bank activity
• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Prepare weekly bank deposits
• Review customer accounts and release pending orders
  
  Handle collections and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and process account credits
• Assist with customer credit reviews, including requesting trade references and credit reports
• Perform account reconciliations and support reporting and analysis
• Complete additional Accounts Receivable and accounting duties as needed

• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong cash application and payment processing experience
• Knowledge of invoicing, collections, credit reviews, and account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
