Position:
Senior Project Biller (AIA Billing)
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (On-site)
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 plus bonus

The Senior Project Biller's Responsibilities
- Manage project contracts from setup through closeout, including contract review, change orders, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and submit customer invoices, including AIA, progress, T&M, lump sum, and cost-plus billings.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate billing, contract compliance, and timely project reporting.
- Track retainage, lien waivers, customer portal submissions, and other project documentation requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, assist with collections efforts, and support resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Leverage ERP systems, reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve billing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of construction billing, contract administration, or project administration experience.
- Strong experience with AIA billing and construction invoicing processes.
- Experience working within construction ERP systems;
Vista/Viewpoint experience is highly preferred. - Working knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, and project billing requirements.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage and analyze project-related data.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, customers, and finance leadership.
- Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
