About the Opportunity with the Organization:
- Assisting people experiencing homelessness, this nonprofit has assisted almost 100,000 people transition into housing
- Founded over 30 years ago in Massachusetts, they now have operations in all six New England States and locations in the Midwest
- They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training
- Lead timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting on all grants
- Prepare, execute, and reconcile grant drawdowns and billing forms
- Ensure correct allocation of grant funds and review for compliance
- Review and approve grant-related invoices before and after AP processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)
- 3+ years of experience an accounting role with a nonprofit organization focused on grants
- Sage Intacct is a plus
$55,000 - 65,000 depending on experience
