UMass Med School seeks an experienced Bursar's Office Operations Specialist II to oversee the full cycle of student financial operations for the academic year. You will calculate tuition/fees, post financial aid, bill and collect receivables, and reconcile data to support accurate 1098-T reporting.
You'll also manage SHIP enrollments/waivers, process premium payments, and coordinate PCI compliance in collaboration with campus merchants, while delivering exceptional student service.
