Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for recent graduates or students about to graduate who want hands‑on professional experience, exposure to operations and client service, and a clear path to growth. You'll work closely with our operations, sales, and administrative teams, develop practical business skills, and take on increasing responsibility over time. Many team members grow into expanded operational, client service, or analyst roles.
We provide training, mentorship, and financial support for continuing education and professional development.
- Support the operations team during peak tax season
- Reach out to clients to request and follow up on documentation
- Track incoming documents and update internal systems
- Coordinate with internal team members and external subcontractors
- Assist with internal reports and workflow tracking
- Help keep projects moving by proactively identifying next steps
- Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Answer and route incoming calls and messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and light catering
- Maintain digital filing systems (Share File and internal platforms)
- Order and stock office supplies
- Handle routine office errands (bank, post office, etc.)
- Assist with invoicing, payables, and administrative accounting tasks
- Enter and code invoices and prepare vendor payments
- Support monthly reconciliations and reporting
- Help with special projects across departments as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
