Position: Admin Coordinator (General Medicine & Primary Care) - 40 hours, Days
UMass Memorial Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provides effective direction and guidance to the administrative staff to ensure efficient operations;
Coordinates staff and patient flow including greeting patients, handling calls, registration, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and referrals;
Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, and presentation graphics;
Maintains scheduling database and coordinates staff schedules;
Reviews work performed by staff and ensures quality and completeness
