General Statement

The Program Administrator Assistant for the Office of Access, Opportunity, and Institutional Compliance is an important part of the team. They will be a support for administrative tasks and programming logistical duties.

Supervision Received

This position will be reporting to the Program Administrator for Access, Opportunity, and Institutional Compliance. The Program Administrator will be responsible for providing guidance, responsibilities, and duties as assigned below.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists Program Administrator with in-person and any virtual event logistics including event set up/clean up, tabling, and virtual meeting monitoring.
  • Assists with the creation of flyers and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Promotes office events by posting flyers and updating A-frame sandwich boards throughout campus.
  • Assists with data collection from programming events and uploads to shared Microsoft databases.
  • Maintains an organized space for event materials for the office by taking inventory and reports of materials needed.
  • Represents the Office of Access, Opportunity, and Institutional Compliance in a professional, service-oriented, and welcoming manner.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite software and Canva design.
  • Knowledge in concepts for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and members of the public from diverse backgrounds.
