Position

Claims Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. Ensure essential administrative functions run smoothly and interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
  • Or one year post-secondary education
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency using office equipment
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
  • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Customer service and follow-up skills
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Location

This is an in office position and will report to the Canton, MA office located at 250 Royall St, Canton, MA 02021.

Compensation
  • $21.57 - $23.04/hr
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
