Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to department managers and the human resources department. Complete various tasks and projects assigned by the director and department managers. Proficiently utilize Power BI and create presentations using Power Point. Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in a professional manner. Provide assistance to various departments in delivering high levels of associate customer service. Assist in planning and coordinating associate events such as holiday parties and associate day cookouts, and in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
Ensure request and benefit/informational forms are available to associates and submit such forms for processing. Prepare and generate reports using appropriate platforms. Assist recruiters with interview scheduling, application processing, background checks, and drug tests. Assist in initiating, processing, and completing onboarding procedures. Input data and maintain the new hire applicant tracking database. Provide follow-up responses to eliminated candidates. Prepare weekly new hire and benefits orientation packets.
Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation and communication of agendas and documentation. Provide support for additional HR administrative functions as assigned.
- Associate's degree or 5-6 years of related administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- 1st shift position.
The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $29.25 per hour and will be commensurate with experience as well as internal equity.
