• Receive and verify incoming materials against packing slips.
• Systematically enter receipts and updates into Oracle software.
• Stage materials on shelves using printed Move Orders.
• Transfer materials from the warehouse to technician's vehicles.
• Perform and enter cycle counts and manual inventories.
• Communicate with various departments via email.
• Review and rectify inventory order/receiving reports.
• Collaborate with vendors for material order status.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Experience with computers and ability to learn new programs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work-related travel.

• Experience with Oracle software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• One year of experience in inventory control.
