FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Full Time Admin Worcester, MA, US
Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Annually
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-4:30PM
JOB SUMMARY :
This position will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and support the team with a variety of administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
- Support internal teams with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years experience
- Position requires employee to utilize and understand simple formatting and use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
:
- Employee works under general supervision.
- Employee has little or no decision-making responsibility.
- The employee has little or no impact on the decisions of others.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
