** Responsibilities
* ** Create a welcoming, high-energy environment by greeting patients and setting the tone for an exceptional visit
* Keep the day running seamlessly by managing the schedule, minimizing wait times, and proactively solving issues as they arise
* Serve as the connection point between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication
* Support patients through their visit — from check-in to check-out — including scheduling next appointments and collecting payments
* Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financial options with confidence and accuracy
* Stay ahead of the schedule by confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and following up on missed or late arrivals
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all processes align with HIPAA standards
* Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
* Support the team with onboarding, training, and day-to-day office operations
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

* Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
* Hands-on experience verifying insurance and a strong understanding of coverage, benefits, and patient responsibility is highly desired
* Proven ability to manage a busy schedule and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with patients about treatment and finances
* High attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and payments
* Professional presence with a positive, team-oriented mindset that provides exceptional customer service to all our patients
* Comfort using practice management software and standard office tools
