Enrollment Manager

Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

At least one year of experience in student recruitment, family engagement, customer service, case management, community outreach, education, or an administrative support role

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to problem-solving

Ability to provide clear, culturally competent, and respectful support to diverse populations

Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with individuals from a wide range of racial, linguistic, economic, cultural, and ability backgrounds

Experience with data entry, databases, online application systems, or cloud-based document management

Strong computer skills, including experience with scanning, uploading documents, email, text communication, and digital systems

High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential student and family information with discretion

Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team

Commitment to integrity, transparency, equity, and access for students and families

This is a fully in-person work schedule that is responsive to programming needs and expectations that may include some evenings and weekends. Remote time is at CEO discretion.
