Full‑Time 2nd Shift Sr RF Technician & Sr. RF Test Technician (36 Hours)

Contract
: 12 months with potential for permanent conversion (LOCALS only)

Clearance
: Secret (Clearance status must be listed on top of the resume)

Candidates will not be able to start until at least an interim clearance is obtained, although an active clearance from the start is preferred. Consideration may be given to candidates with previously held active clearances.

Pay
: $40/hr (OT possible)

Requirements:

• Experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies.
• Familiarity with RF equipment: RF Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzers/Low Noise Analysis, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, RF Power Meters, and PNA Network Analyzers.
• Ability to work under a microscope for testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF microwave hybrid assemblies; skilled in using hand tools like torque drivers and tweezers.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed process sheets and drawings.
• Good computer skills for retrieving drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment.
• Soldering experience in line with J-STD-001 to support tuning processes.
• Skilled in data analysis of RF Microwave test data.
• Experience in writing test procedures and troubleshooting from schematics.
• Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.
• High School Diploma required (no Bachelor's degree necessary).

Positions Available:

1) 2nd Shift Sr RF Technician (Full‑time) - $42/hr

Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday

2) Sr. RF Test Technician (36 Hours) - $42/hr

Shift
: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday to Sunday (3‑day workweek, 12 hours per day = 4‑day weekend)
