SummaryWe're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our business development team in Worcester. This is a hands‑on position; you'll actively sell while coaching a team of B2B reps. You'll manage day‑to‑day sales activity, drive performance, and expand our footprint by building and maintaining strong relationships with local business clients.
ResponsibilitiesLead a small team of business development reps focused on new client acquisition and account expansion
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; monitor performance and provide coaching
Develop and execute territory plans to grow market share
Personally manage a portfolio of high‑value B2B clients
Conduct face‑to‑face client visits to build trust, assess needs, and deliver solutions
Support your team in closing complex deals and overcoming objections
Ensure CRM and sales reports are kept accurate and up to date
Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
Identify gaps in team performance or market coverage and make strategic adjustments
Represent the company at networking events, community functions, and client meetings
CompensationPay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications3+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
Strong team management, coaching, and accountability skills
Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up
Experience with CRM systems and performance tracking
Local travel required must have reliable transportation
