Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in the packaging and containers manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing orders from concept to delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project coordination, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
    • Build and maintain long‑term relationships by understanding customer needs and business goals.
    • Conduct regular check‑ins and account reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and expand product usage.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and introducing new product lines.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract renewals.
  • Project & Order Management:
    • Coordinate the end‑to‑end order process—from initial inquiry and design specifications to production and delivery.
    • Work closely with internal teams including design, engineering, production, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
    • Monitor project timelines, manage changes, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Customer Support & Problem‑Solving:
    • Address customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
    • Assist clients in selecting the best packaging solutions based on performance, sustainability, and cost.
    • Provide technical product knowledge and advice as needed.
  • Market & Product Insight:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging packaging technologies.
    • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and process improvement.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales—ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or industrial products.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
