Responsibilities- Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at a local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
- Keep systems updated with real-time customer order status and tracking information.
- Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.
- Maintain smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
- Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with proven track record of reliable attendance.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software including Microsoft Excel.
- Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
The US hourly rate for this part-time position is $19.00, plus benefits as applicable.
