To coincide with the scaling of our current and future operations, we are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Our firm operates with a flexible, contractor-based model, and this role would operate on a 30–40-hour-per-week basis. This individual will play a central role in supporting internal operations and leading key projects that enhance how we work and deliver for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution- Lead and support internal projects, including the implementation and optimization of ATS/CRM systems
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure projects move forward efficiently and meet deadlines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Research and evaluate tools (ATS, CRM, AI platforms, etc.) to improve workflows and team productivity
- Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, and recommend practical applications
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to firm leadership
- Maintain organized systems for tracking candidates, clients, and internal workflows
- Assist in preparing client deliverables, presentations, and internal documentation
- Partner with Marketing on demand generation, ABM efforts, and account targeting
- Work with Product and Solutions teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities
- Coordinate closely with Customer Success to ensure clean handoffs and expansion readiness
- Support partner-led deals with consulting firms, auditors, and system integrators
- Utilize Excel to track data, support reporting, and drive insights
- Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Draft, edit, and manage professional communications with a high degree of accuracy and tone
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role within a professional services or fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Comfortable leveraging modern tools, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to operate with professionalism in a high-touch, client-focused environment
- Contract role (30–40 hours per week)
