Manager, Forecasting

Responsibilities

• Manage entire client engagements, including internal and external communication and work streams.
• Serve as client point of contact and lead forecast model builds and forecasting activities.
• Assist with development and implementation of forecasting best practices and quality control processes.
• Deliver engagement outcomes to clients, exercising sound business judgment, following up on tasks and managing tasks through to completion.
• Provide on‑site support to clients when applicable.
• Collaborate with functional experts at Trinity (market research, data solutions, statistics, etc.) to develop client‑ready forecasts and supporting materials.
• Present findings clearly and independently.
• Establish timelines for internal and external deliverables and drive internal communication to keep all team members informed.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned, and help train junior members of the forecasting team.

• Education:
  
  BS or MS in quantitative, business, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  5-6 years in life sciences forecasting; familiarity with life sciences data and analytics preferred.
• Key skills:
  Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills, attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Excel; knowledge of VBA preferred.
• Strong internal and external communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self‑motivation, initiative, and innovation.
• Strong service‑oriented work ethic, willing to go above the call of duty.
• Leadership and mentorship experience.
• Team player with experience in project‑team environments.
• Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude.

Salary range: $150,000 – $175,000. Eligible for annual discretionary performance bonus.
