Senior Manager, Product Growth Enablement
Senior Manager, Product Growth Enablement is a cross‑functional, highly visible role focused on accelerating product growth by providing dedicated enablement and client‑facing support for priority products and initiatives. Embedded within the product team, this role partners with sales, account management, sales enablement, clinical, marketing, operations, implementation, finance and legal teams to translate product strategy into effective market execution.
Responsibilities- Partner with product owner(s) and key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolio.
- Identify and support growth opportunities across target segments.
- Support product launches, pilots, enhancements and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts, ensuring new and evolving offerings are operationally feasible, scalable and launch‑ready.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop client‑specific product narratives and value propositions.
- Identify gaps, risks and dependencies early, enabling proactive solutions that protect growth timelines and product credibility.
- Develop and maintain product‑specific enablement collateral such as product playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks and use‑case documentation.
- Partner with Analytics to lead development of case studies and integrate metrics and quantifiable outcomes into collateral for data‑driven storytelling.
- Support development of product‑specific sales training for new products and features, coordinating with the sales enablement team for timely delivery.
- Manage client‑facing materials and updates; translate product roadmaps into client‑ready messaging and materials.
- Gather and synthesize client and field feedback to inform product improvements.
- Implement organizational policies, goals and objectives based on best practices, accreditation standards, and field expertise.
- Support development of methodologies to evaluate market conditions and adapt business models to emerging market needs.
- Determine improvement opportunities for sales management processes and systems.
- Priority products within the PID portfolio show improved adoption and engagement.
- Sales and account management teams feel better equipped to position and sell products.
- Product launches and enhancements are smoother and more effective.
- Strategic client opportunities receive consistent product support with minimal handoffs.
- Clear feedback loops exist between the market, product and clinical teams to drive stronger product performance and client satisfaction.
- Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of work experience, preferably within healthcare, PBM, health plan or pharmaceutical strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy or Operations.
- 5+ years of experience working simultaneously with multiple teams in a cross‑functional environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 10–15% of time to support client meetings, conferences and other high‑priority engagements.

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, product strategy and market trends into clear narratives.
- High level of collaboration and executive presence.
- Mastery of problem‑solving, influence and decision‑making skills.
- Growth mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and high‑visibility environments.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain high morale while tackling complex challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent specialized training and relevant professional experience.
Typical pay range: $82,940.00 - $ (base annual salary). Salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. Position is eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs and includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
