Scope of PositionThis process‑driven individual will be responsible for executing purchase orders generated by the MRP system and ensuring the accuracy of planning signals that drive replenishment.
PrimaryJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute MRP‑driven procurement by reviewing and acting on MRP‑generated purchase recommendations, ensuring on‑time replenishment of components and finished goods and monitoring MRP exception messages.
- Own planning parameter accuracy, including auditing and updating master‑data regularly.
- Maintain data and system integrity and resolve misses generating cost, cash or service impact.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for service misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Prioritize actions that improve service and deliver the “Right Product, Right Time” experience for customers.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the supply chain.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, MRP Buying or company management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning workflows, data governance, and system usability.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with MRP and DRP.
- Understanding of the S&OP process.
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Clear verbal and written communication of analysis results.
- Ability to use PowerBI and Office software.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures.
- Must establish employment eligibility and successfully complete background checks and required pre‑employment testing.
- Certification from APICS (CPIM or CSCP).

Work primarily in an office environment in North Andover, MA – three days per week onsite (Monday‑Wednesday) and two days remote (Thursday‑Friday). Hybrid arrangement is required.
Physical RequirementsAbility to remain seated at a desk for extended periods, perform repetitive typing and mouse use, move around the office, transport light office materials, read documents, communicate clearly in meetings or phone calls, and occasionally lift and carry light objects such as office supplies.
Pay Range$74,000 – $83,000 yearly, contingent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
