Project Manager: Lead Vendors & Compliance

About The Role

We're looking for a Project Management Consultant-Level 2 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2).

Location:

Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. You will have experience leading the execution of multiple projects in parallel, with an emphasis on contractor‑led delivery and coordination.

• This role requires demonstrated ability to manage vendors and contractors, drive schedule and cost control, and coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to achieve on‑time, high‑quality execution.
• The consultant is expected to proactively manage risks and issues, maintain clear and consistent project reporting, and produce leadership‑ready status updates and documentation.

• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and NERC compliance practices, including audit‑ready documentation, is preferred.

WECTEC Staffing Services offers competitive pay: $47.00/hr to $52.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications and skills.
