Job Description
Manager, Business Operational Excellence, Abb Vie Bioresearch Center Inc., Worcester, MA (5 days a week on site).
Key Responsibilities- Lead initiatives to reduce operating costs, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors across the organization.
- Drive execution of improvement projects by leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools and guiding cross‑functional teams through all project stages.
- Responsible for data‑driven analysis, stakeholder engagement, and effective coordination to ensure timely achievement of measurable results.
- Provide training and mentorship in Business Excellence practices to support organizational objectives.
Education & Experience
Must have a Master’s in bio(chemical) engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs related to drugs, biologics, medical devices or other life sciences‑related discipline and 3 years of experience driving operational improvements within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s in the same disciplines and 5 years of experience driving operational improvements in the same industry.
Within either combination, must have completed at least a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. The organization will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Salary Range: $175,282 - $208,500 per year.
