Role Description
The Owner role at Breakers is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Owner oversees daily operations, including managing staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring efficient workflows across all departments. This role involves setting business goals, developing and implementing strategies, and tracking financial performance to support profitability and growth. The Owner builds and maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, and ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities also include leading key business decisions, overseeing marketing and branding initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proven experience in business operations, including budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and relationship management.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies, including marketing and business development initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Financial literacy, including familiarity with basic accounting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience as an owner, general manager, or senior leader in a related industry is preferred.
• Capacity to work on-site full time and be present for key operational hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
