The Hanover's Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge, and match your interests to a real job. Through the 10-week summer program (June – mid August), you will:

• Take on meaningful projects and work alongside some of the very best talent in the industry
• Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent (leaders, managers, subject matter experts and recent graduates)
• Participate in a cross-functional team building project focused on corporate philanthropy
• Attend weekly development workshops with your intern peers
• Join in engagement and social activities with other interns

We recruit highly skilled students for potential future full-time employment opportunities, upon graduation.

In this role, you will:

• Utilize skills, technologies and practices for continuous iterative exploration and investigation of past business performance to gain insight and drive business planning and address any business questions or problems
• Focus on developing new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and basic statistical methods
• Understand, access and obtain data required for analysis and assisting with all levels of analysis

What you need to apply:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree or advanced degree program
• Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program
• Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Technical proficiency: proficient in SQL, PowerBI/Power Apps OR Tableau, and python OR R, basic statistical procedures and methods
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and analytical skills
• Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards. The posted range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
