PositionSenior Analyst – Rapid Agreements team, reporting directly to the Agreements Senior Manager.
This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).
What You Will Do- Negotiate and administer multiple agreement types, to include but not limited to, Master Terms Agreements, Purchase Agreements, and Repair Agreements.
- Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements.
- Develop business partner relationship with suppliers.
- Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement agreement strategies.
- Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective partners, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination.
- Monitor agreement performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare agreement documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

- Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications.
- Experience with supplier management.
- Experience working within SAP software application.
- Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs).
- Experience FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders.
- Experience leading executive and program level supplier reviews.
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
