We are partnered with a New England-based general contractor known for delivering high-quality, complex projects across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and commercial sectors.

With a strong reputation for collaboration, proactive communication, and hands-on project execution, this team is built to successfully manage technical and fast-paced environments from start to finish.

They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations from pre-construction through closeout.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams
• Support pre-construction planning, including logistics, phasing, and scheduling strategy
• Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules and track project milestones
• Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals
• Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation in Procore and internal systems

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage field operations and subcontractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling, site coordination, and safety management
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 Certification (required)
• MA Construction Supervisor License (required)
• Healthcare project experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits: $150,000+ base salary (depending on experience) Comprehensive benefits package

Work Environment:
Field-based role with projects primarily in and around Newburyport, MA, with travel as needed.
