• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro 3 cameras for  and
• Photograph residential homes and apartments for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency.
• Maintain communication with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks.
• When not photographing a home, navigate one‑mile grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and photograph missing properties.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times and participate in conference calls as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and camera operation.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying required.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons, including weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong time‑management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
• Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Field experience preferred.

Hourly wage based on experience (equivalent to $50,000 – $60,000 annually) plus a monthly bonus incentive plan. The position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible.
