In the Worcester/Boston, MA area Cumulus Media operates three stations: 104‑5 XLO (Hot AC), 100 FM The Pike (Classic Hits), and 98.9 NASH Icon (Country Hits). The cluster of three stations reaches thousands of listeners on a daily basis.

We are looking for a dynamic part‑time on‑air personality to deliver lifestyle headlines, be focused, creative, compelling, and love to entertain. Technical proficiency, constant social media connection, live public appearances and production are part of the role. The talent works in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, takes pride in the community, and values teamwork.

• Produce compelling entertainment through creativity, imagination and good judgment in writing, producing, and interviewing
• Engage with callers, interview artists/guests, and host live events
• Connect with listeners via phone, texting, social media, video, and web
• Participate in station programming, promotions, and sales meetings
• Assist in production and imaging of the station
• Handle emergency news/weather on air; be on call for weather disasters/breaking news

• On‑air experience with a successful ratings history preferred
• Strong production skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking
• Strong knowledge of FCC rules and regulations
• Socially informed and perceptive; up‑to‑date and in tune daily with local and national trends and/or specialized knowledge of topics/events related to on‑air discussions
• Demonstrated creativity and imagination on air and online
• Thrives in a team environment
• Include a demo of show, interviews, commentary, social media, and any video work in the online profile/application

USD $17.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
