Customer Service Associate/Teller
Join Monson Savings Bank’s growing team as a full‑time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our Hampden Branch. The role supports a community bank dedicated to customer service, relationships, and community impact.
Responsibilities- Perform teller duties: check cashing, customer deposits and withdrawals, payments, money order sales, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain bank standards for service, customer satisfaction, and relationship building.
- Sell and cross‑sell bank products and services.
- Operate computer systems and learn, retain, and follow complex regulatory and security requirements.
Variable schedule, approx. 37.5 hours weekly. Monday‑Saturday. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and math aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate a computer and learn complex regulatory and security requirements.
Salary Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
