We provide catering, event services, tent and rental equipment, vending services, and hospitality support for everything from elegant weddings and corporate events to school functions, backyard celebrations, festivals, and community gatherings.
We are seeking a special kind of person to join our team as our Hospitality & Client Specialist.
This person will become one of the primary voices, personalities, and relationship‑builders of our company.
This is not a sterile “office job.”
This is a fast‑moving, people‑centered role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, communication, organization, problem‑solving, and helping others feel calm, confident, and taken care of.
The ideal candidate is warm, composed, emotionally intelligent, detail‑oriented, resourceful, quick‑thinking, and capable of balancing professionalism with personality and humor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Client & Hospitality Experience- Serve as a primary point of contact for catering, event, and hospitality clients
- Guide customers through planning details with attentiveness and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and accounts
- Help customers feel informed, reassured, and genuinely cared for throughout the planning process
- Respond to calls and emails promptly, thoughtfully, and professionally
- Follow up on quotes, event details, and customer questions
- Assist in resolving last‑minute changes and event‑related issues calmly and effectively
- Coordinate communication between customers, office staff, kitchen staff, warehouse staff, and event teams
- Maintain awareness of upcoming events, schedules, and operational priorities
- Assist with event documentation, order confirmations, and organizational workflow
- Support internal communication and help keep moving pieces aligned
- Work collaboratively with leadership and co‑workers across departments
- Assist with menus, hospitality presentation, promotional materials
- Support social media content and customer engagement efforts
- Help maintain the personality, voice, and reputation of the Creedon and Co. brand
- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings, marketing initiatives, and customer experience improvements
- Answer incoming calls and communications professionally and promptly
- Assist with administrative coordination and organization
- Learn and utilize company software platforms including Caterease and Party Track
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and upbeat office environment

QUALIFICATIONS- Customer service or client relations experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, AI tools, and standard office technology
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or catering is a bonus
