Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support, Technical Support, Account Manager
Provide customer support by processing orders and responding to phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer purchase orders
- Answer customer and dealer questions (product details, pricing, availability, repairs, and technical support)
- Help customers choose the right products
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering, Shipping) to meet customer needs
- Coordinate demo equipment and shipping paperwork
- Track shipments and provide tracking information
- Assist walk-in customers
- Perform other related duties as needed
Minimal impact on broader business decisions
Required Skills- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of customer service or office experience
On-the-job training provided
