We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and solutions-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our front‑end team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. You will oversee the daily operations of the customer service and checkout areas, support and coach team members, and handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care. You’ll be responsible for overseeing shift schedules, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times.
