Customer Care & Support Representative

About the Role:

While G-nee is an AI-powered voice assistant, we know that sometimes our users just need to talk to a real human. As a Customer Support Rep, you are the comforting, patient voice on the other end of the line. You will help seniors and their families navigate our platform, troubleshoot their devices, and assist with booking services.

• Answer incoming calls and messages from elderly users or their family caregivers.
• Patiently guide users through troubleshooting their G-nee smart speaker or mobile app.
• Assist users with manually placing grocery orders or booking home services if they need extra help.
• Escalate medical alert or safety issues immediately according to company protocol.

• Exceptional Patience:
  You never rush a caller. You are comfortable repeating instructions and speaking clearly and warmly.
• Tech-Savvy & Teachable:
  You are comfortable navigating software dashboards and can easily explain tech concepts to non-tech-savvy individuals.
• Background Check:
  Required, as you will be handling sensitive user accounts and addresses.
