Customer Service Representative

Pay Range: $24.00- $26.00 an hour

Hours:

8:00am- 4:30pm Monday
- Friday

Provide customer support by processing orders and responding to phone inquiries.

• Process customer purchase orders
• Answer customer and dealer questions (product details, pricing, availability, repairs, and technical support)
• Help customers choose the right products
• Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering, Shipping) to meet customer needs
• Issue return authorization numbers
• Coordinate demo equipment and shipping paperwork
• Track shipments and provide tracking information
• Assist walk-in customers
• Perform other related duties as needed

Works under general supervision

Limited decision-making authority

Minimal impact on broader business decisions

Customer service experience preferred

Strong phone communication skills

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor's degree preferred

1-3 years of customer service or office experience

On-the-job training provided
