Accounts Receivable Customer Service Representative
Located in Worcester, MA
Salary: $19.62/hr
We are actively recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Representative for our client, a housing assistance organization in Worcester, MA. The main responsibilities of this position will be to enter order information for people looking for housing assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and processing payments from homeowners
- Provide excellent customer service when responding to customer inquiries
- Enter financial data and information into state system
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of financial or accounting experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, internet, and other computer skills
