- Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
- Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
- Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
- Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
- Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
- Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
- Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Compensation paid at 35% of adjusted production, with uncapped earning potential

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible Massachusetts dental license in good standing
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. (H-1B and permanent residency sponsorship available)
- Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry care, including restorative, preventive, and emergency services
- Confidence performing routine procedures such as
- Exams and treatment planning
- Fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Routine extractions
- Root canal and prosthodontic services (as experience allows)
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients
- Comfort working with a diverse patient population, including Medicaid, PPO, and fee‑for‑service patients
- Proficiency or willingness to learn dental practice management software and digital imaging systems
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, ethics, and professionalism
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff
