• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
• Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

• Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
• Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
• Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
• Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Compensation paid at 35% of adjusted production, with uncapped earning potential

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible Massachusetts dental license in good standing
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (H-1B and permanent residency sponsorship available)
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry care, including restorative, preventive, and emergency services
• Confidence performing routine procedures such as
  • Exams and treatment planning
  • Fillings, crowns, and bridges
  • Routine extractions
  • Root canal and prosthodontic services (as experience allows)
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients
• Comfort working with a diverse patient population, including Medicaid, PPO, and fee‑for‑service patients
• Proficiency or willingness to learn dental practice management software and digital imaging systems
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, ethics, and professionalism
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff
