- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Massachusetts Registered Architect (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in an architectural firm leading project teams
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal, visual, and organizational communication skills
- Experience coordinating consultants and engineering teams
- Strong design ability
- Knowledge of building systems and construction documentation
- Experience with detailing and document production
- Familiarity with Massachusetts public bidding laws
- Sustainable design experience, including LEED
- Construction administration experience (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, punch lists)
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
