As a Mid‑Level Architect at CUBE 3, you will help put a building together from the beginning of the design process to the end of Construction Documents.

Successful candidates will have strong technical abilities and confidently work in a self‑directed manner in all aspects of the design process, including programming, preparation of design and Construction Documents.

Key duties include developing presentation materials; creating Schematic Design, Design Development and Contract Documents;
AutoCAD, Sketch Up modeling, rendering; and Construction Administration activities, all within an established budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements.

You’ll work with direction from a Project Manager and be responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects, including investigation, evaluation, and development of design solutions.

This position requires coordination with consultants and internal and external team members, as well as working closely with QA/QC teams to ensure project review while providing support for the Project Manager across all aspects of the project.

Finally, you’ll create, review and evolve concept design options, assign tasks to other team members, and deliver within project schedules, as well as provide professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in architecture, and/or construction profession
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture School
