Psychiatrist Pay Range: $130-$133/hour

Are you a dedicated Psychiatrist passionate about working with children and families? Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a skilled physician to join our behavioral health team, delivering comprehensive, person- and family-centered psychiatric care in both clinic and community-based  this role, you’ll provide evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and consultation services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support youth with diverse mental health needs—including access to urgent and integrated care services.

What You’ll Do:

Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and transition-age youth.

Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using evidence-based practices.

Provide ongoing medication management, monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and adherence.

Collaborative Care Work closely with therapists, nurses, care coordinators, peer specialists, and primary care providers.

Participate in team-based treatment planning and case reviews.

Provide clinical consultation to staff for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.

Urgent & Integrated Services Participate in urgent behavioral health services, including same-day assessments and consultations.

Support integrated care efforts across clinical and community settings.

Documentation & Quality Improvement Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case conferences, and trainings.

Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Medical degree required

Standard driver’s license – class C or class DBoard Certified Psychiatrist DEA Registration3 – 5 years of related experience
