About the position:- Salary Range: $235,000 to $300,000 annually based on hours and experience
- Patient Volume:
Average of 18 to 20 patients per day - Call
Schedule:
Light shared call from home - Paid Time Off: 5 weeks PTO plus paid holidays
- Partnership/Ownership:
Option to become a shareholder after two years
Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) per physician, triage nurses for portal messages, and integrated behavioral health practitioners.
- On-Site Services:
Lab, 3-D mammography, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and radiology. - AI-supported documentation provides approximately a 75% reduction in note time.
- Academic Ties:
Optional clinical academic appointment and option to teach residents.
Located west of Worcester, Massachusetts and conveniently located off of major roadways for easy commuting.
