Job DescriptionWe are seeking a part‑time Middle School Spanish Teacher for the 2025‑2026 school year.
Our mission is to provide a Catholic, inclusive education that cultivates respect, mutuality, and care. Teachers are expected to support academic growth, faith formation, and the overall well‑being of our diverse student body.
Primary Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with Massachusetts state standards for world languages.
- Understand and support the unique strengths and needs of each student.
- Use the FACTS student information system for attendance, grading, and communication.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress.
- Collaborate with the middle school team, academic coaches, student support team, and school leadership.
- Advance the mission of the school through active participation in a faculty committee.
- Support the faith formation of students and accompany them in faith‑formation experiences.
- Create a safe and joyful learning environment.
- Contribute to the school’s positive, welcoming culture.
- Fluency in the Spanish language.
- Commitment to the school’s Catholic mission and identity.
- Ability to use instructional technology.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience as a teacher of Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
